A 19-year-old man accused of one of four Easter weekend shootings in Sydney has been refused bail.
Four other young men allegedly involved in the incident at Pendle Hill have been released from custody on strict conditions.
Tary Joseph Sukkar, 43, was shot in the lower leg just after midnight on Sunday and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Five gunshots were allegedly heard at the house party.
Police stopped a car a short time later at Granville, arrested the young men and allegedly recovered a firearm.
George Heleta, 19, who is charged with pulling the trigger, appeared in Parramatta Bail Court on Monday.

A 17-year-old youth is the fifth person to be shot in Sydney over the Easter break.
Police say he was shot in the leg and went to a hospital in Mt Druitt, in Sydney’s west, about 1.00pm (AEST) for treatment.
This follows four other shootings in Sydney since Friday.
A man was gunned down inside a packed Sydney strip club last night while a 43-year-old man was shot just after midnight.
Late on Saturday, a 22-year-old man was shot at Auburn and on Friday a 24-year-old man was shot in the legs at Merrylands.
MORE than 100 people have been involved in a drunken brawl on a party boat in Sydney harbour.
Police and riot squad officers were called to the Opera House about 10.30pm on Sunday after reports a large group of drunk partygoers were brawling at the Man O War Steps.
Officers were forced to use capsicum spray to quell the violence, police said.
Around 250 people were on board the boat for a four-hour private function.
Shortly before it was due to wind up, a number of men began pushing and shoving, forcing the skipper to dock the vessel.
Private security staff escorted the revellers off the boat to the Man O War wharf, where the fighting escalated.

A reveller gunned down inside a packed Sydney nightspot has become the latest victim of an Easter shooting spree which has prompted fresh fears about escalating gangland crime.
The incident, at Kings Cross strip club Bada Bing on Monday morning, was the city’s fourth shooting over the long weekend.
Two men were shot in the knees on Saturday and another blasted in the lower leg on Friday.
“It’s gone from driveby shootings and so on, to kneecappings. So this is escalating,” opposition police spokesman Nathan Rees said.

Witnesses had said they heard three shots during the altercation which involved five men.
“One single shot was fired in the club,” Kings Cross commander, Superintendent Sue Waites, said.
A 29-year-old will undergo surgery this afternoon after he was struck in the shoulder by the bullet.

Police say a man was arguing with several other men at a strip club in Sydney’s Kings Cross when he was shot overnight.
The 29-year-old was hit in the shoulder by a single shot at the Bada Bing club on Darlinghurst Road just before 2:00am (AEDT). The club was open at the time.
Superintendent Sue Waites says police hope to identify his attackers from security camera vision.
“A male was on the dancefloor, a scuffle ensued involving some other men,” she said.
“During that scuffle a firearm was produced and a male person was shot in his shoulder.”
One witness said he had just walked past the club when he heard several shots.

He is the fourth person shot in Sydney since Friday.
