SYDNEY PI Frank Monte’s on-again-off-again fiancee Sharon Sargeant has found herself in new controversy after being photographed with touring English rugby stars who set sail on a Sydney Harbour pleasure cruise with a group of “strippers”.
Four English rugby players found themselves splashed across the pages of The Sunday Mirror after they were sighted with a boatload of scantily clad Aussie women the day after winning a game against the Barbarians at Gosford a week ago.
The raunchy cruise apparently caused a stir within England’s governing rugby body the RFU following a scandalous tour of New Zealand in 2008 and the alleged rape of a woman.

Sargeant, who so far this year has flashed us after Lady Gaga’s Sydney concert and again at a Las Vegas porn convention, admitted to Confidential in May that she was the owner and manager of an escort agency called Red Velvet.

A GROUP of Christian dancers are homeless once again after the rental agreement for their Campbelltown studio was terminated.
The not-for profit Light of the World Performing Arts Outreach has had a troubled time since it moved to its Hepher Rd premises last year.
Campbelltown Council rejected an application about a year ago for a brothel in the same industrial complex, 150m from the dance school, after parents of dancers objected to the development.
The school was then destroyed by fire just weeks later. There was no suggestion the brothel developers were linked to the fire.
The school caters for about 150 students, offering classes for just $1 across a range of genres.
Light of the World Performing Arts Outreach co-owner Donna Pappas said everyone had been devastated about the eviction.

Before the election, the former Conservative Party deputy chairman finally came clean – admitting he avoided paying tax on his vast offshore fortune. He promised to end his non dom status.
Similarly, Labour’s Lord Paul agreed at around the same time to end his non dom status and start paying UK taxes.
But five other peers, including Architect Norman Foster, have resigned to protect their ‘non-dom’ tax status.
Lord Foster of Thames Bank was elevated to the peerage in 1999 and now lives much of the time in Switzerland.
The architect, whose famous creations include the Gherkin in the City of London, sits as a crossbencher, meaning he is not affiliated to any party.
Of the other four who have decided to stand down, three are Conservatives.
Lord Laidlaw  -  a Monaco-based peer who sought treatment for sex addiction two years ago after hosting parties with prostitutes  -  will stand down.  He has donated £4million to the Tories.

Spectacular German concert hall covets Sydney dazzle
By Deborah Cole (AFP) – Jun 26, 2010
HAMBURG, Germany — Germany’s second city Hamburg is building a dazzling new concert hall intended to rival the Sydney Opera House as a global attraction, but little has gone according to plan.
Construction delays, building defects and a price explosion have led even the developers to admit the landmark project has hurtled out of control, with no one able to say what the hall will finally cost or when it will open.
Meanwhile local artists fear the audacious development at the city’s 800-year-old port will eclipse the scruffy homegrown cultural scene that gave rise to future legends like The Beatles, who cut their teeth in Hamburg’s red-light district clubs.

At an official presentation of the building’s towering skeleton late last month, Mayor Ole von Beust said the dream was to create an indelible landmark on the order of the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty or Sydney Opera House.

Indian neurosurgeon in Australia denied bail
Facing murder, manslaughter charges
Suresh Surendranath Nair, Sydney-based neurosurgeon facing charges in Australia for the alleged drugging of his two female escorts with cocaine, leading to their deaths, was denied bail on Tuesday.
Mr. Nair, who will face court again next month, has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Brazilian student Suellen Domingues Zaupa in November.
He has also been charged with the manslaughter of 23-year-old escort Victoria McIntyre.
His psychiatrist reported that although he had been in denial about his cocaine addiction, he had now come to accept that it has had a detrimental effect on his life.
Supreme Court Justice Megan Latham said the strength of Mr. Nair’s cocaine addiction led her to believe he was likely to commit serious offences if given bail.

A NEUROSURGEON accused over the cocaine deaths of two female escorts will remain behind bars, a judge ruling the case against him was weak – but his illicit drug addiction strong.
Suresh Surendranath Nair is facing a murder charge over the death of Brazilian national Suellen Domingues Zaupa, 22, in November last year, and a manslaughter charge for the death of Victoria McIntyre eight months earlier. Both women died in Nair’s Elizabeth Bay apartment from overdoses of cocaine allegedly supplied by the 42-year-old neurosurgeon. In a bail determination before Justice Megan Latham, the Supreme Court heard Nair has suffered from cocaine and sex addiction for many years, and has been under strict supervision from the Medical Board since mid-2004. Four players hopped aboard a luxury chartered boat in Sydney Harbour to celebrate a win on a day off this week.
Dad-of-two Delon Armitage, 26, Paul Doran-Jones, 25, James Haskell, 25, and Ugo Monye, 27, were entertained by girls in racy thongs, lingerie and bikinis as they enjoyed a tour of the bay.
Sources originally claimed they were escort girls from an elite agency which charges clients £350 for sex.
But after a grilling from rugby chiefs last night the players explained the women were actually promotional models hired from Sirens Agency – which supplies “strippers, lingerie and topless waitresses”.
They were invited by a businessman friend who booked the cruise and the girls.

An RFU spokesman said: “We have spoken to the players involved and are entirely comfortable that this was an innocent afternoon spent on a friend’s boat in Sydney Harbour.
